Position Responsibilities:

Support the management of predictive, preventive, scheduled corrective and refurbishment of machinery and equipment to maintain operational efficiency and reduce downtime

Develop and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) strategies by working with equipment Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)

Develop digital "Job Cards" to support maintenance inspections and repetitive work orders through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Support Plant Champions with implementation of predictive maintenance tools such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and ultrasound

Assist in the development and execution of lubrication strategies and standards

Support implementation of the company's color-coded labeling system of matching lubricant to point of use

Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree or Technical School Certification with 8 plus years of specific experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's Degree
