Job Description :
Continental Tide is seeking amotivated, energetic, and experienced Engineering Technician with astrong structural background and Alteration Installation Team (AIT) leadershipexperience to support our ship modernization and sustainment projects in Norfolk,VA . This is a field-oriented leadership role ideal for a hands-on technicalprofessional experienced in the installation, modification, and repair of U.S.Navy ship structures. The successful candidate will oversee installationefforts and coordinate all aspects of structural and mechanical work duringshipboard alterations and repairs, ensuring work is performed safely,efficiently, and in compliance with Navy and contract standards.
