Sodexo is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician I for Southern New Hampshire Medical Center located in Nashua, NH.
Sodexo’s growing Healthcare Technology Management Division is seeking solution-oriented candidates who excel at customer service as a Biomedical Equipment Technician I to support Healthcare Technology services.
The main role / responsibilities of the position will be to ensure all related biomedical equipment is maintained in a quality and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service and communications skill as well as strong technical skills and a commitment to deliver excellent repair service in an expedient manner.
What You'll Do
Perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs on a variety of biomedical equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure equipment functionality and patient safety.
Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and performance testing.
Collaborate with clinical staff to understand equipment issues and deliver excellent customer support.
Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to healthcare technology management.
Assist in the installation and calibration of new equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience) in electronic, biomedical engineering or a discipline geared toward managing maintaining and repairing clinical equipment within a healthcare environment and / or equivalent of military BMET program and / or AAMI certified
