A company is looking for an Associate Director, Biostatistics - Virology.Key Responsibilities : Provide statistical leadership for Virology clinical trials, including trial design and decision supportServe as the statistical lead for specific Virology molecules / indications in Health Authority interactionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely statistical data analysis and reportingRequired Qualifications : 10+ years of statistical analysis experience with a Bachelor's degree; 8+ years with a Master's; 6+ years with a PhDExperience in statistical analysis of biomedical data using software such as SAS and RHands-on experience in drug development, including phase 1-3 trial design and NDA / BLA filingAbility to lead high-performing teams and foster effective relationships within diverse teamsProven experience in developing practical solutions to align with organizational goals
