This dynamic law firm is seeking an experienced Biotech Patent Agent from a top U.S. law firm with a superb biotechnology and life sciences background. This position is designed for professionals with a strong foundation in biotechnology and life sciences complemented by experience in a leading U.S. law firm. Professional Growth :

Responsibilities :
- Respond to U.S. office actions with the USPTO
- Conduct prior art and freedomtooperate searches for patentability and freedomtooperate analysis
- Draft highquality U.S. patent applications
- Be an integral member of the team and invest in attorneys with both mentorship and professional growth
Qualifications :
Anticipated Base Salary Range
The anticipated base salary range is $per year. Actual salary will depend on several factors including but not limited to specific qualifications jobrelated skills and relevant experience.
