An experienced Blue Yonder Demand and Fulfillment Solution Architect with a drive to succeed and a desire to learn, that will develop and grow our Planning business for the Blue Yonder platform.
The Work...
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities :
- Identifies, assesses, and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility - Demand planning, Demand 360, Fulfillment, and order optimization. Exposure to LDE or implementation experience with LDE is a plus.
- Architecting Planning solutions to achieve a defined business outcome, working with Interfaces, workflows, and data management / data migration.
- Should be able to configure the system to support business requirements, design / configure different seeded resources. Should be able to drive business requirement workshop and solution design related to BY demand and fulfillment module
- Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
- Interacts with senior management at a client and / or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
- Has some latitude in decision-making.
- Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
- Manages large - medium sized teams and / or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
- Drive team to Perform solution configuration, end to end testing during System Integration Testing
- Drives team to the adoption of standard business supply chain planning operating model practices.
- Provide knowledge of integrating Blue Yonder with host ERP systems for both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces, workflows, Query development, preparation of detailed functional specifications.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment and ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
- Should have strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- May be willing to travel for projects to the client site as per the needs
- Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
