This role involves employing human-centered design research methodologies (also known as design research or design thinking) to investigate, analyze, and assess behaviors of specific demographics. The designer will translate these insights into valuable information and system designs to improve processes, programs, and agile teams. Responsibilities include defining, structuring, and conducting in-person ethnographic research, user and customer experience evaluations (both in-person and remote), and helping generate innovative ideas. Additionally, the role provides UI design direction aligned with user experience strategy and design system best practices. This is a global role supporting solutions across North America, South America, Europe, and Indonesia.
