Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator located in Reno, NV. The Estimator will be responsible for assessing project requirements, calculating costs, preparing estimates, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction estimation, cost calculation, and bid preparation
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Proficiency in project management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is a plus
