A company is looking for a Bookkeeping Account Manager who will serve in a client-facing role for bookkeeping clients. Key Responsibilities : Serve as the primary contact for bookkeeping clients and accounting partners Manage onboarding and setup processes for bookkeeping clients Oversee communication with clients and ensure quality assurance in bookkeeping services Required Qualifications : Dedication to enhancing the client experience Experience managing at least 20 accounts simultaneously Ability to quickly learn new technology and bookkeeping systems 4+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in a professional service firm Experience with IOLTA and lawyer trust accounting is a significant plus
