We are looking for a dynamic engineering professional to spearhead crucial projects at our New Castle facility. This position requires a unique blend of technical prowess and leadership skills, granting you full authority over installation, plant enhancements, and environmental adherence within a cutting-edge manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities :

Lead the planning and implementation of installation projects and equipment upgrades across the facility.

Oversee engineering tasks related to utilities, plant systems, and property enhancements.

Act as the primary contact for environmental issues, ensuring strict compliance with EPA and DEP guidelines.

Organize and supervise complex capital projects, from initial studies to final execution.

Develop bid specifications, assess proposals, and negotiate agreements with suppliers and service providers.

Collaborate with various departments to offer engineering support that boosts productivity and operational dependability.

Conduct environmental assessments, reporting, and audits to uphold ongoing compliance.

Work closely with senior management on process enhancements and technological undertakings.

Coordinate with contractors and regulatory bodies while maintaining project quality, safety, and timelines.

Perform other duties as assigned, including occasional domestic or international travel.

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent background.

57 years of practical engineering experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing settings.

Demonstrated proficiency in managing capital projects from inception to completion.

Familiarity with environmental regulations and reporting standards.

Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

A team-oriented attitude, strong dedication to work, and a focus on continuous enhancement.

Valid drivers license and willingness to travel when necessary.
