Top General Contractor seeking a Project Manager with experience building Big Box Retail, Grocery Stores, Strip Malls, and other Retail & Restaurant builds.
Tilt Up and Pre-Engineered Metal Building experience is a plus.
ROLE
- Develop and manage schedules and budgets to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and teams to maintain project flow and quality.
- Enforce safety and quality standards throughout all phases of the project.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders, addressing project-related issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with client and regulatory specifications
