Job descriptionDelivering items in a timely, accurate, and safe manner Ability to safely maneuver items with appropriate equipment and / or assistance from another person Excellent time management skills Able to comprehend and utilize mobile dispatching technology Ability to work in all weather conditions Ability to make an average of 14 stops per day 24ft-26ft box truck with a lift gate. Can be a truck that you own, rent or lease Valid Driver's License with a good driving record Active MC authority and DOT number with the FMCSA (6 months minimum) Must be 21 years of age TSA Certified (Or willing to become certified) Insurance Coverage Requirements Auto : $1,000,000 Cargo Liability : $100,000 Workers Comp : Based on state requirements
Job Description :
Forward is looking for carrier partners to service routes in the Saginaw, MI area.
Pickups and deliveries will be palletized freight going to / from commercial and residential areas. Routes are generally 80 / 20 commercial to residential on average [this varies as needed, routes are determined daily depending on volume] .
Location : Saginaw, MI
Compensation : $2,000 - $2,300 per wk
- Based on average stop count completion of 50-60 stops / week
Schedule : Monday - Friday, weekends if necessary (notification should be provided)
