Job Summary :
The Brand Ambassador plays a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, fostering strong relationships with key dispensary accounts, and supporting the sales team to meet and exceed goals within the assigned territory. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively educate both budtenders and consumers on product benefits, promote brand visibility through events, and ensure flawless execution of visual merchandising standards. Additionally, the Brand Ambassador will collect valuable market insights, handle event logistics, and contribute to the overall success of marketing initiatives by executing promotional strategies. A high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and knowledge of the industry is crucial in maintaining brand integrity and growing brand loyalty.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- In-store Engagement : Conduct in-store services, including event demos, trainings, and Patient Appreciation Days (PADs) at client dispensaries.
- Product Education : Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product line to effectively communicate its benefits to both dispensary staff and consumers.
- Social Media Content : Capture high-quality video and photo content during events to enhance social media presence and engagement.
- Sales Support : Drive product sales during demos through direct education of budtenders and customers.
- Merchandising : Oversee visual merchandising and ensure proper product placement in dispensary accounts.
- Budtender Training : Lead budtender training sessions to increase product knowledge and administer assessments as needed.
- Administrative Tasks : Process invoices, track accruals, and prepare monthly reports for the marketing team to ensure accurate financial records.
- Market Research : Monitor store traffic, collect feedback, and gather market intelligence to inform marketing strategies.
- Event Coordination : Plan and execute events that align with brand objectives, ensuring seamless execution.
- Inventory Management : Ensure that marketing materials, such as point-of-sale items and collateral, are available and up to date.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute promotional requests and strategies from management.
Required Skills and Abilities :
Education and Experience :
Marketing & Sales : 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or event promotions, with a proven track record of success.
