We are looking for a few high integrity individuals that have a passion for cannabis! This is a Full-time position on our team as Brand Ambassador. Looking for qualified and experienced Brand Ambassadors to help support a pop-up / demo informational program at dispensaries throughout the state of Arizona.Brand Ambassador As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent our cannabis brand at events, dispensaries, and other promotional activities. You will be responsible for educating consumers about our products, building brand awareness, and creating positive experiences for customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for cannabis, and the ability to engage with diverse audiences in a professional manner.Essential Job DutiesProduct Promotion : Engage with consumers at events, trade shows, and dispensaries to promote our cannabis products.Educate customers about our product offerings, including strains, consumption methods, and effects.Conduct product demonstrations and samples to showcase the quality and benefits of our products.Brand Representation : Serve as the face of our brand, embodying our values and brand identity in all interactions with customers and the public.Build positive relationships with consumers and industry professionals to enhance brand loyalty and recognition.Act as a brand advocate, sharing your enthusiasm for our products and contributing to the positive perception of our brand.Market Research and Feedback : Gather feedback from consumers about their preferences, experiences, and perceptions of our products.Provide insights and observations to the marketing team to inform product development, marketing strategies, and brand positioning.Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the cannabis industry.Event Coordination and Support : Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and activations.Set up and maintain promotional displays, booths, and materials at events and retail locations.Work closely with event organizers, retailers, and other partners to ensure the success of promotional activities.Compliance and Regulation : Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing cannabis promotion and advertising.Adhere to company policies and guidelines regarding responsible cannabis consumption and promotion.Stay informed about changes in cannabis regulations and industry best practices.Qualifications : Passion for cannabis and knowledge of cannabis culture, products, and industry trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations for events and promotions.Must be at least 21 years old and comply with all state and local regulations regarding cannabis employment.Required Skills / Abilities & Education / Experience : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Organized with attention to detail.Works well under pressure and deadlines; ability to multitask.Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate staff.Excellent customer service abilities.Ability to develop and maintain budgets.Thorough understanding of company policies and practices.Must have a High School Diploma or GED. At least one year of retail experience is highly preferred.Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of standing, walking throughout the facility.Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times.
