MINT CANNABIS - BRAND AMBASSADOR The Mint Cannabis was founded in Arizona in 2016 and has since opened 5 more locations. The Company’s commitment to its core values, its patients, and its community has resulted in exponential growth of its retail brand in AZ as well as the successful opening of its first location in Michigan in 2020. Since then, Mint Cannabis has opened 3 more locations in Michigan. Now in 2023, we expect exponential growth in our marketing department and are seeking brand ambassadors. POSITION DESCRIPTION :   Brand Ambassadors are the face of our company and promote our products and services. As a successful Brand Ambassador, you will need to attend trade shows and 21+ events to showcase our company. You should also be an excellent social media user, with the ability to advertise our products and networking skills to answer customer queries online. Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, value teamwork, have professional integrity, a strong sense of personal accountability, and be career-oriented PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Post about our products / services online (e.g. social media and forums) Participate in promotional events as a spokesperson for our company Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers Thoroughly understand our products and services to inform potential customers Use word-of-mouth marketing techniques, like referring our company to friends Provide feedback to the Marketing and Product departments regarding customers’ requests Maintain high-level understanding of a portfolio of Mint Cannabis and client brands in your territory as well as related general cannabis knowledge. Provide in-store product demonstrations, conduct patient / customer appreciation day events, and similar special field marketing events on behalf of Mint Cannabis clients to increase brand awareness. Obtain and provide pictures of demos, in-store displays. Build and maintain relationships with budtenders in your area. Regularly track all hours and mileage over 100 miles. QUALIFICATIONS : Applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age Valid Michigan Drivers License and reliable transportation Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter, or similar role KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES : Knowledge of the uses of medicinal cannabis and different methods of medicating Knowledge of cannabis brands and products available in the Michigan market Ability to work independently, adapt to changing conditions and communicate effectively. An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude Ability to work in a fast paced environment Strong social media presence on multiple platforms REQUIRED EXPERIENCE : 1-2 years experience in retail, customer service, events or cannabis industries. 1-2 years of Brand Ambassador & Demonstrator experience. At lease 6 months experience creating online and social media content Budtending experience is a plus!
