A company is looking for an Onboarding & Implementation Specialist-2.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute client onboarding and implementation projectsCollaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure timely project completionBuild and maintain consultative relationships with customer accounts to maximize satisfaction and retentionRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or three to five years of related experienceGeneral awareness of business, financials, products / services, and the marketExperience in customer service, operations, logistics, and project managementKnowledge of onboarding, implementation, account, or project management preferredSelf-motivated and self-starter
