As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of a leading clean energy provider inside major retail locations. Your mission is to educate shoppers on renewable energy and battery storage solutions, scheduling free consultations for homeowners looking to reduce costs and embrace sustainable power. Compensation & Benefits
This full-time position offers :
- Base pay : $14 / hour
- Biweekly commission
- Average annual earnings : 52,500-77,000

Your Impact
You'll engage directly with customers inside a designated retail store, sparking interest in solar energy and battery storage options. Using a provided tablet, you'll track leads, book appointments, and ensure a seamless experience for every homeowner you assist. Success in this role means hitting personal and team goals while maintaining a positive, professional presence on the floor.
What We're Looking For
We need confident communicators who enjoy interacting with new people daily. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working weekends, evenings, and some holidays. Experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required-training is provided. A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel within a 15-30 mile radius (for multi-store coverage) are essential.
