Were Looking For A(n) : Reputation Management Intern

Location : Remote (Woodland Hills, CA)

What Youll Be Doing : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reputation Management Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in monitoring, managing, and improving our brand's online presence. This role is ideal for someone passionate about DTC marketing, brand management, and customer engagement.

• Create sampling groups for GH legacy and GH pet brands to generate reviews for new products and brand launches.
• Monitor online mentions of our brand across various search engines and platforms including review sites, forums, news outlets, blogs and social media, third-party market places and report infringement as needed.
• Respond to customer reviews and feedback in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive brand voice

Required Eduction : High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Education : Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

The base salary range is $17 - $20.

The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on California's cost of labor analysis. This salary range is subject to change per state; please click here to find the pay differential in your state of residence if the role is remote
