  • Lead global launch planning and commercialization readiness for pipeline assets, including launch sequencing, business case development, and resource prioritization.
  • Oversees and guides continued global launch planning for aTIVc, including maximizing the portfolio opportunity across Fluad and aTIVc, refining the launch sequencing strategy, advancing business cases for key investments, and leveraging the Glocal brand marketing model (global to local division of activities) to drive efficiencies.
  • Direct geographic expansion strategies and evaluate market entry and exit opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Provide portfolio and commercial input into long-term pricing strategies, value propositions, and market access planning in partnership with Global Market Access & Pricing for both inline and pipeline products
  • Support evaluation of external partnerships, business development opportunities, and portfolio expansion opportunities which are led by GCS&P's External Partnerships team.
  • Oversee development and continuous improvement of global claims, messaging, communications, and scientific narratives.

  • Manage team budgets and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and return on investment.

Portfolio Development, Strategic Decision-Making & Governance

  • Lead the commercial evaluation and strategic development of internal vaccine programs from early development through commercialization in partnership with R&D, GCS&P's Strategy & Business Planning team, GCS&P's External Partnerships team and various cross-functional team members.
  • Direct assessment of key development milestones, including clinical strategy, evidence requirements, comparator selection, timing, and commercial readiness.
