As an award-winning salon, Flair carries a curated selection of wedding dresses from bridal designers around the world. Along with bridesmaid dresses and accessories, Flair appeals to the “New England bride” and her bridal party.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bridal Consultant located in Boston, MA. The Bridal Consultant will provide exceptional customer service to brides and their bridal parties. Daily tasks include assisting with dress selection, providing styling advice, and managing sales transactions. The Bridal Consultant will also maintain showroom appearance and build lasting relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
- Retail Sales and Sales skills
- Styling and Fashion knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in bridal or fashion retail is a plus
- Weekends are a must
