The Role :

As an Outside Sales Consultant , you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success by providing roofing and exterior improvement solutions to homeowners. You will conduct in-home inspections, assess customer needs, and deliver compelling presentations to help homeowners make informed decisions.

Our ideal candidate is an ambitious, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset. You must be comfortable working in residential environments, climbing ladders, walking on roofs, and inspecting attic spaces.

A company vehicle is provided.

Key Responsibilities :

• Follow up on company-provided leads , complete bids, and close sales.
• Conduct multiple in-home roofing and exterior inspections daily.
• Identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and guide them through the consultation process.
• Deliver dynamic, company-approved presentations to educate and inform homeowners.
• Maintain a professional and organized appearance, including vehicle and sales materials.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork (contracts, financing, etc.) is properly completed.
• Adhere to company sales processes and best practices.

Compensation for this role may be provided as hourly pay, salary, commission, piece-rate, bonuses, incentives, or a combination of these methods, depending on the position. $145,000—$200,000 USD
