Position Overview : This position is responsible for managing and monitoring organizational and grant budgets, ensuring compliance with financial and grant guidelines, and managing the monthly payroll related allocations. The Budget Manager works closely with the Director of Finance and collaborates with development and program directors to maintain accurate budgetary oversight and allocation of resources. This role ensures organizational financial fidelity, assists in strategic budget planning, and supports annual audits.
Key Responsibilities :
Budget Creation and Oversight :
- Collaborate with program directors, development team, and the director of finance to develop program and grant budgets.
- Monitor and manage budget expenditures to ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
- Assist in preparing the organization's annual budget.

Additional Qualifications :
Compensation : The salary range for this position annually is between 55,000 and 75,000. Salary is commensurate with experience in addition to the generous benefits package listed below.
