Fabrication Technician - 1st Shift The hands-on builder driving strength and durability into every truck! Location: Riverside, CA Pay: $16.25 - $23.29 per hour depending on experience Make any day a pay day with on demand pay! Your Impact - Big and Bold! The Fabrication Technician that expertly handles press brakes, drill presses, and other precision equipment to shape and transform raw materials with skill and accuracy. What a Day in Your Life Looks Like: * Work Order Interpretation: Read and apply work orders accurately to each task. * Machine Setup & Maintenance: Perform machine setup and conduct preventative maintenance as needed. * Technical Skills: Skilled in grinding, drilling, sanding, tapping, and other related tasks. * Equipment Operation: Confidently operate press brakes and punch machines. * Safety & Quality Focus: Conduct thorough safety and quality inspections to ensure top standards. * Compliance: Follow and uphold all company safety policies consistently. What You Bring to the Table: * Math & Measurement: Strong basic math skills and proficiency with tape measures. * Computer Skills: Comfortable using computer tools to support tasks. * Blueprint Literacy: Able to read, interpret, and apply blueprints, including specialized applications. * Measurement Comprehension: Skilled at understanding and accurately applying measurements. What Sets You Apart: * Manufacturing Experience: Previous hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment required. * Machinery Setup: Skilled in setting up machines such as press brakes, shears, horizontal saws, plasma tables, and punch turrets. * Tech Familiarity: General computer knowledge is helpful to support daily tasks.
