Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a project building architect in our Gillette, Wyoming. RELOCATION TO BEAUTIFUL GILLETTE, WYOMING IS REQUIRED. Wyoming has no state tax and is a beautiful state. If you have experience designing and overseeing the construction of building projects from start to finish we are looking for you! We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 and great benefits and pay relocation!
Project Building Architect Qualifications and Responsibilities :
- Proficiency in creating innovative and functional architectural designs that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction methods
- Expertise in using architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling tools to create detailed drawings and visualizations
- In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Ability to ensure all designs comply with legal and environmental standards
- Proficiency in developing and managing project budgets, monitoring costs, and ensuring profitability. Ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes
- Strong creativity and innovation in developing architectural concepts that enhance functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
- OSHA 10 or the ability to obtain
- Leed Accreditation is a plus
- NCARB Certificate is a plus
- Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
- Wyoming Architect License
