Role and Responsibilities :
- Intellectually curious
- Excellent at building and maintaining relationships
- Able to work independently
- Experienced in working with route-based assignments
- Able to utilize smartphone technology to access company programs
- Highly organized, flexible, deadline and detail-oriented
- Inspect various systems within a variety of houses (Inspecting attics and roofs, crawling into crawl spaces, taking off electric panels) within the framework of the Standards of Practice (InterNACHI)
- Understand the full and complete inspection process
- Effectively and in a friendly manner explain, help, and review information and inspection findings to customers and agents
- Know and understand inspection auxiliary services and how to educate clients about them
- Enter data into a smartphone, taking, and uploading pictures, use of email and instant messaging communication
- Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers
