Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond to emergencies effectively. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $25.00, paid twice a month. University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assisting Living Building Manager to join our team in Royal Oak, MI.
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our assisted living facility, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for our residents.
You will work closely with staff, residents, and their families to maintain the highest standards of care and service.
Interviews will be schedule at our main building at 11585 Farmington Rd Livonia MI 48150.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the assisted living building, including scheduling and supervising staff.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding assisted living facilities.
- Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and concerns, facilitating communication between residents, families, and care providers.
- Maintain accurate records related to resident care, building operations, and incident reports.
- Assist with budgeting and inventory management for the facility.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement improvements as necessary.
