Job descriptionOperational Excellence : Manage all aspects of the branch's daily operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination to ensure timely and accurate delivery of building materials to customers. Customer Relationship Management : Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Sales and Business Development : Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to expand the customer base, increase market share, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales, administrative, and warehouse staff. Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and promote a collaborative and motivated work environment. Financial Management : Monitor branch financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. Develop and execute strategies to optimize financial results while adhering to budgetary guidelines. Inventory Control : Implement effective inventory management practices, ensuring accurate stock levels, minimizing shrinkage, and optimizing stock turnover. Compliance and Safety : Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain a safe working environment by promoting adherence to health and safety protocols.
