Job Description

Hire Up is seeking a skilled and reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for our client in Fresno, CA! The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of an apartment community to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for residents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, appliances, and fixtures.
• Conduct inspections of apartments and common areas to identify maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and property management staff.
• Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner while prioritizing urgent tasks.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including grounds, hallways, and common areas.
• Assist with the turnover of apartments by performing painting, cleaning, and minor repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including materials used and work performed.
• Assist with snow removal and landscaping duties as required.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
