Job Description :

As a caregiver at Attend Home Care, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being and comfort of our clients. Your responsibilities will include :

Personal Care : Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, oral hygiene, and medication reminders.

Mobility Assistance : Support clients with walking, transferring, and repositioning to ensure safety and comfort.

Incontinence Care : Help clients with toileting needs, including using a bedpan, urinal, or assisting with bathroom trips.

Meal Assistance : Aid with meal planning, grocery shopping, and preparing meals according to client dietary requirements.

Household Support : Assist with light housekeeping, including laundry, bed linens, and maintaining a clean environment.

Transportation : Provide transportation to appointments and errands as outlined in the client’s care plan.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of care services provided and client progress, reporting any changes to your supervisor.

Safety & Environment : Monitor the environment for safety hazards and take immediate action to address potential risks.

Social Interaction : Provide emotional support through respectful communication, offering companionship to clients.

Confidentiality : Uphold the highest standards of client privacy and confidentiality.

Team Collaboration : Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure quality care delivery.

Training & Development : Participate in ongoing training to enhance caregiving skills and remain compliant with regulatory requirements.

Requirements :

Must be 18+ years old.

A compassionate and positive attitude toward caring for others.

Experience in home care is preferred but not required.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility.

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized.

Flexible, calm, and resilient in all situations.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Must complete required training and health assessments.
