About the Role:
As a Business Litigation Associate, you will work across all stages of complex litigation, contributing to strategy, case development, and client representation. The position offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop strong advocacy and litigation management skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with all phases of commercial, civil, and business litigation matters
- Managing discovery processes, including complex discovery and e-discovery matters
- Conducting legal research and drafting motions, briefs, and pleadings
- Supporting litigation strategy and case development for complex commercial disputes
- Participating in depositions, hearings, and oral arguments where applicable
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2 5 years of law firm experience in a litigation-focused practice
- Experience with litigation procedure, including discovery, e-discovery, motion practice, and brief writing
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Deposition, hearing, or oral argument experience is a plus
- Federal judicial clerkship experience is strongly encouraged
