The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced attorney with a minimum of seven years of practice to lead and manage our growing business law department. The ideal candidate will be licensed in California and possess a deep understanding of entity formation, corporate governance, and day-to-day business operations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the business department, managing matters such as entity formations and dissolutions.
- Advise clients on a variety of business operational and legal matters, tailoring solutions to their goals.
- Draft and analyze corporate documents and agreements with precision and attention to detail.
- Serve as a key legal advisor to clients, fostering strong relationships and trust.
- Collaborate with and mentor team members, including paralegals and legal assistants, to ensure seamless execution of business matters.
