This position provides a general exposure to the Procurement function in the Oil and Gas production industry. The Procurement Administrator will gain a basic understanding of oilfield equipment and operations and the processes used to obtain these goods and services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Preforms receipt of Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) against quarterly Purchase Orders
Reviews invoices from OCTG vendors in Open Invoice, compares delivered quantities to Daily Drilling Report run totals and logs the difference. Forwards reviewed OCTG invoices for approval.
Responsible for Open Invoice price book entry and maintenance.
Interacts with Fleet Management company to ensure maintenance and new vehicle requests are processed.
Assist various field personnel with FMT pricing. Review all FMT’s for accuracy prior to forwarding to Property Accounting for processing
