WHAT’S GOING ON?
Our Giles Subaru Service Center has a strong team, and we’re looking for a bright, outgoing individual to support our service advisors.
WHAT DO YOU GET?
Competitive Pay : Entry-level role starting at $12 / hour plus bonuses.
Training & Career Path : No experience needed.
We provide full training and offer a path to grow into a service advisor role.

Support service advisors throughout the customer experience
Answer inbound service calls
Notify customers about recalls and parts arrivals
Follow up on service experiences
Scan service tickets
Provide receptionist coverage as needed
Participate in team / process improvement sessions
Learn service offerings and develop product knowledge
Build long-lasting customer relationships
Bring a positive, energetic attitude daily
QUALIFICATIONS
Customer service experience
Strong communication and listening skills
Positive, professional, and hardworking demeanor
Strong computer skills
Valid driver’s license
