• Analyze existing business processes related to financial planning and sales operations, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to redesign processes that will enhance efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with Studios strategy.
• Document and map current and future state processes, providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Work with data teams to analyze financial, sales, and operational data, providing insights that will inform decision-making and prioritization within the program.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that present data in a clear and actionable manner to various stakeholders.
• Ensure that data integrity and accuracy are maintained throughout the analysis and reporting processes.
• Act as a liaison between business users and the technical program team, ensuring that business needs are clearly communicated and understood.
• Facilitate communication between Studios stakeholders and the CIO / CTO organizations, ensuring that all parties are aligned on program goals and deliverables.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of business analysis activities and any emerging issues or risks.
• Work closely with solution architects, developers, and data teams to ensure that the proposed solutions meet the business requirements.
• Participate in the design of new systems or enhancements to existing systems, ensuring that they align with the functional specifications and business objectives.
• Assist in the development of test cases and scenarios to validate that the solutions meet the business needs.
• Support the development and execution of change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies within the Studios.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are fully equipped to use new tools and processes effectively.
• Monitor user adoption and provide ongoing support as needed to address any issues or concerns.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user guides, and training materials.
• Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and in compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements. Competencies : Business Analysis Experience (Years) : 6-8
