Position Summary
Applies basic knowledge of compliance, business, analytical, and communication skills to support compliance programs and processes that promote compliant and ethical behavior, meet regulatory obligations, and prevent, detect, and mitigate compliance risks. This position will focus on compliance with Medicare Advantage / Prescription Drug Plan communication and marketing guidelines. Specifically, this position will review member and prospective member materials to ensure compliance with CMS, internal legal and state guidelines.
Required Qualifications
1-2 years prior experience in a regulatory compliance position in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or related industry, specifically Medicare communication and marketing material review experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience or familiarity with Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plans (SNP) and / or with State and CMS material filing.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is :
40,600.00 - $85,100.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
