About the Role :
Join the dedicated team at Opal Autism Centers as a Certified Behavior Analyst and make a difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. In this full-time, in-person role located at 7 Oak Branch Drive, Suite E, Greensboro, NC 27407, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop customized treatment plans, and supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You will work closely with families, empowering them through education and support while ensuring the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Lead and supervise the implementation of treatment plans by RBTs.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers.
- Stay current with ABA best practices and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with other professionals and stakeholders involved in client care.
- Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities.
