Key Responsibilities
Define and document customer business functions and processes
Act as a liaison between end-users, technical analysts, and management to ensure optimal operational performance
Plan and conduct business process re-engineering projects and develop solutions for identified gaps
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management, Computer Science, or related field
5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or client services in financial services or related field
Demonstrated expertise in compliance audit and reporting
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence decision makers
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
