ABOUT THE JOB
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with experience managing complex technical projects. They should be comfortable configuring the Salesforce platform end-to-end, including data transformation, UI / UX design, process automation, and security and visibility settings. Existing Salesforce certifications or a proven track record of success on Trailhead are highly valued.
This role requires availability to work from our downtown Indianapolis office at least four days per week. The ideal candidate is excited to collaborate with a close-knit, supportive team and work closely with their supervisor on client projects spanning a variety of industries and Salesforce products.

COMPENSATION
Compensation for this role is comprised of 3 elements :
- Base Salary
- Utilization Bonus paid based on billable hours (quarterly)
- Variable Bonus (monthly) based on quality of delivery and level of contribution to project
Those 3 elements combine to equate to total compensation for this role, which is $60-$85k Annually.
