Strong understanding of airline reservation systems (GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport) and revenue management principles. Experience working with airline data, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms. Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and Excel for data analysis. Knowledge of industry standards such as IATA, ICAO, and airline regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Experience in Agile methodologies and working within cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements related to airline operations, reservations, ticketing, loyalty programs, or revenue management.
- Conduct gap analysis and process improvement initiatives to optimize airline-related workflows.
- Analyze airline industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to provide actionable insights.
- Work with IT and data teams to develop and enhance airline-related systems, including booking platforms, customer relationship management (CRM), and revenue management systems.
- Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
- Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives in the airline sector.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of business process improvements.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
