As a Desktop Support Analyst youll be the go-to expert for desktop and laptop support tackling technical challenges head-on and helping end users stay productive and connected. This isnt just a help desk job; its a hands-on high-impact role where your skills will shine every single day.
What Youll Do as a Desktop Support Analyst :
- Be the first line of defense for technical issuestroubleshooting hardware software and connectivity problems.
- Support PCs laptops printers and peripherals with precision and care.
- Deploy and maintain systems apply updates and manage imaging and configurations.
- Resolve account access issues and assist with company software.
- Keep documentation sharp and knowledge bases up to date.
- Work with ticketing tools to track and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
