Responsibilities :

• 4+ years developing capability gap analyses for federal government
• 4+ years applying capability gap analysis methodologies for operational enhancements across different geographies
• 4+ years developing and providing recommendations to clients based on capability gap outputs
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with federal stakeholders at various levels
• Experience interpreting complex data and translating them into actionable insights
• Ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to senior management and clients

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelors Degree in Business, Public Administration, or any related field. Masters Preferred
