Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree and 3 years years of experience to include :
- Experience in Human Resource day-to-day functional business transactions.
- Proven experience in HR business systems; troubleshooting and resolving issues with the business subject area.
Required Knowlege, Skills, Abilities :
Proficient use of Microsoft office (especially excel) with demonstrated ability to compile data quickly and accurately (e.g. vlookup, pivot tables).
Demonstrated attention to detail and excellent verbal / written communication skills.
Equivalent combination of education and experience, that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications :
5 years years of experience in HR functional business transactions, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Experience with SAP
Business experience in Higher Ed or the Public Sector
Preferred Knowlege, Skills, Abilities :
Proven experience of HR data management and creating custom reports.
