Human Resources Consultant HR Business Partner, Physician Leadership & Organizational Development Healthcare California
This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in US (Remote).
Partner with management and physician leaders to provide strategic HR consultation and support.
Lead and support HR initiatives aligned to business priorities, including workforce planning, organizational change, employee development, and leadership capability.
Facilitate workgroups and collaborative sessions with physicians, leaders, and cross-functional teams.
Prepare executive-level presentations using PowerPoint and data gathered from Excel.
Collaborate with multiple departments to support physician compensation proposals and related business recommendations.
Coach leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
Advise leadership on staffing, restructuring, organizational design, development planning, and employee issues.
Support and complete investigations with urgency, accuracy, and strong documentation.
Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
Help strengthen performance management and development practices across the organization.
Identify training solutions and support cultural change efforts.
Contribute to HR strategic roadmap initiatives and broader organizational objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
56 years of consultative HR experience supporting leaders and business teams.
Strong experience in at least several of the following:

Investigations
Legal and Regulatory Requirements
Workforce Planning
Organizational Change
Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate without direct authority.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Thorough knowledge of HR policies, practices, and systems.
Experience supporting physician leaders or healthcare organizations.
Experience with PeopleSoft.
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
SPHR certification strongly preferred.
Experience leading organizational change or HR roadmap initiatives.
Previous experience in a highly consultative HR role.
