Position Summary
As a Manager, Business Consultant on our Network Analytics & Solutions (NA&S) team you will act as the liaison between Network and Sales to communicate potential network provider changes such as hospital or large physician group additions, negotiations, and / or terminations. The components of this position include :
- Monitor incoming submissions into QuickBase tool regarding potential network provider changes such as hospital or large physician group additions, negotiations, and / or terminations.
- Actively participate on network provider negotiation calls to ensure workflow of provider termination / network update are adhered to.
- Prepare submission into Sales Reporting portal to determine impact of potential termination for plan sponsors through the Termination Reporting Tool (TRT)
- Respond to ad-hoc requests tied to negotiations submitted via the Network Update (NU) process.
- Analyze and consults on analytics solutions and ensures end to end workflow processes are documented to ensure compliance, streamline productivity, and maintain error free production of reporting.
- Respond to ad-hoc RFP questions via dedicated mailbox specific to network provider questions that are outside standard response database.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is :
60,300.00 - $139,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
