Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We’re searching for a Business Operations Specialist to support our VP of Business Development and Field Operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across our Single Family Division (sales & operations) and Warranty Division.
What You’ll Do
Support Sales & Field Operations – Generate reports, track KPIs, and optimize workflows for performance improvement.
Manage Data & Reporting – Maintain accurate records, process forecasts, and provide key business insights.
Enhance Operational Efficiency – Coordinate processes across departments, streamline scheduling, and improve overall execution.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work with sales, field teams, and warranty divisions to ensure seamless operations.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in operations, administrative, or sales support roles.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), Excel, and Google Sheets .
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
