A company is looking for a Director, Business Continuity Management & Disaster Recovery.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement an enterprise-wide framework for business continuity management and disaster recoveryFacilitate the development and delivery of functional testing and improvement programs for response and recovery strategiesManage the organization's response and recovery activities during actual disasters and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersRequired Qualifications and EducationBachelor's degree in business, IT management, or a related fieldBCM industry certifications preferredMinimum of five years of experience in BCM, disaster recovery, and crisis management programsAt least two years of experience in a highly regulated entity or financial institutionProven strategic leadership and relationship management capabilities
