Job Description :

Apex Systems is looking to hire an ONSITE Dynamics 365 Data Analyst for our client based out of Greensboro.

This assignment is anticipated to be a 12 month contract with strong potential for extension; however, Apex Systems cannot guarantee the length of this assignment.

This will also have a first shift Monday-Friday schedule.

Responsibilities :

• Accessing data from various Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
• Identifying and addressing data quality issues, including duplicates and inconsistencies.
• Data transformation and manipulation to prepare it for analysis.
• Performing statistical analysis using appropriate techniques to identify trends and patterns within the data.
• Calculating key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to business objectives.
• Developing comprehensive reports and dashboards using Power BI or other visualization tools.
• Creating interactive and user-friendly visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Interpreting data analysis results to identify actionable insights and business opportunities.
• Communicating key findings and recommendations to relevant teams to inform decision-making.
• Working closely with business users to understand their data needs and requirements.
• Gathering feedback on reports and dashboards to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Ensuring data integrity and compliance with data governance policies.
• Monitoring data quality and implementing necessary data cleansing procedures.
