Position Overview
The Business Development Manager (BDM) drives strategic business development efforts within a designated geographic territory. This role plays a crucial part in expanding market presence, strengthening specification standing, and driving business growth through a market-focused approach. This person should have a background in Mechanical Systems for industrial and commercial projects. (That can be sales, business development, project management etc.) And, well versed and enjoy client facing activities : Connecting, educating, entertaining, to build long term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
The BDM’s primary responsibilities include implementing strategic market initiatives, gathering market intelligence, and securing comprehensive project details, including scopes of work. (Mainly developing relationships with the right target audience and driving awareness and educating them on the benefits of our product and engineering services.)
This individual actively engages with key stakeholders—such as owners, engineers, and contractors—to create opportunities and enhance market influence.
