Campbell Street Senior Living is a premier provider of long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living communities, primarily serving the Midwest. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Business Development to lead strategic initiatives, drive occupancy growth, and foster meaningful relationships within our communities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Design and implement business development strategies to boost census and occupancy across all communities.
- Relationship Management : Build strong partnerships with hospital executives, health systems, accountable care organizations, and other key referral sources.
- Sales & Marketing Training : Oversee the development and delivery of sales and marketing training programs for facility-level and corporate teams, ensuring they are equipped with effective strategies.
- Coaching & Mentoring : Provide leadership and mentorship to community-level teams, driving accountability and enhancing sales performance.
- Market Analysis : Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and align strategies accordingly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business development efforts align with organizational goals and each community's unique needs
- Travel : 60% + including overnight travel- willingness to travel frequently to communities to assess needs, offer support, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
- Data Driven : Monitors and manages to daily KPIs.
