Responsibilities
Play a key role in financial advisor business development and client acquisition
Leverage our knowledge and services and drive business growth through effective sales and business development strategies
Engaging and educating ideal leads and prospects about the benefits of our services through outbound and inbound calling
Manage our CRM (Salesforce) system for business development activities, which is our primary client relationship and sales pipeline management tool
Collaborate with financial advisors and team members to provide holistic wealth management solutions to clients with the opportunity to become a client relationship manager
Stay current with market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
Relevant industry certifications (CFP, CFA, etc.) a plus
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a financial advisor or sales associate within the wealth management or financial services industry
Strong track record of client retention and asset growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, CRM Systems, and financial planning software
