Position Description
Job Summary :
The Business Development Manager is responsible for selling Penhall Company's services and acquiring new projects within their designated market. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to secure large project work and repeat business through established networks. The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the company's presence in the market.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, targeting large projects and key client accounts.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to expand the company's market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Annual sales volume goal for Business Development Manager will be $5M - $8M+.
- Responsible for selling all lines of the business.
- Work in partnership with the Account Managers at the branches and share leads that fall into their scope.
- Manage client interactions to provide excellent service, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with new and existing customers through consistent engagement and communication.
- Develop and maintain a strong professional network to enhance business opportunities.
- Focus on acquiring large-scale projects that align with Penhall Company's service capabilities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact, proposal preparation, negotiation, and securing
the deal.
